Advancing Renewable Energy Through Composite Manufacturing

Innovation in renewable energy requires advanced engineering, precision manufacturing, and reliable execution. Grandus Group was proud to contribute to a pilot wave energy project developed for Kinn Municipality in Norway. Designed to harness the power of ocean waves, the prototype was created to explore sustainable electricity generation using advanced composite technology.
 

Working in collaboration with Easy Form, our team manufactured the large composite structure, applying extensive expertise in fiberglass processing, vacuum infusion, structural bonding, and precision lamination. The project also included the installation of structural components, finishing works, surface preparation, priming, and painting to meet demanding quality standards.
 

Delivering a prototype of this scale required exceptional accuracy throughout every stage of production. Thanks to the dedication and experience of our team, the project was completed on schedule while meeting the required technical specifications.
