Advancing Renewable Energy Through Composite Manufacturing
This pilot wave energy project involved the production and assembly of a large composite structure designed for a renewable energy application in Norway.
Our team carried out key stages of the composite production process, including fiberglass preparation, GRP lamination, structural bonding, trimming and assembly. The scope also included the installation of structural components, railings, ladders and cable channels, followed by surface preparation, priming and painting.
The project required careful execution across multiple production stages to meet the provided technical specifications and quality requirements. Our specialists worked according to the project documentation and production requirements throughout the manufacturing and assembly process.
The completed structure demonstrates our ability to support complex composite projects beyond traditional marine applications, including renewable energy and other industrial sectors.
