Ambulance Catamaran Production
This project involved the production of two identical composite ambulance catamarans designed for operation in demanding coastal environments.
Over a nine-month production period, our specialists supported multiple stages of the vessel construction process, from composite mould production and hull manufacturing through structural assembly, finishing and final outfitting.
Our scope of work included:
✔ Composite mould production
✔ Vacuum infusion
✔ Hull lamination
✔ Deck production
✔ Structural bonding
✔ Hull & deck assembly
✔ Fairing & surface preparation
✔ Painting & finishing
✔ Interior outfitting
✔ Insulation works
✔ Window installation
✔ Final assembly
The project required consistent production quality throughout each stage, with composite structures manufactured and assembled according to project drawings, specifications and production requirements.
Our team supported the vessels through multiple stages of construction, providing experienced composite specialists for both structural production and finishing works.
The project demonstrates our capability to support complex marine production scopes—from moulds and composite structures to assembly, outfitting and the completed vessel.
